Shipping policy

Hatching Eggs:

Shipping is free; the cost is included in the price. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Eggs are laid the day before shipping, ensuring they're only one day old when sent. We ship every day—we don't hold eggs for a week to ship on Monday or Tuesday. They ship the day after they're laid.

USPS delivery may take longer than expected. A delayed delivery doesn't automatically mean the eggs are spoiled. We allow up to 10 days from order date before viability decreases. Contact us if your eggs are in transit longer than 10 days for a replacement. Please don't contact us about timely deliveries within that 10-day window.

Chicks:

Chicks are shipped via USPS. Ensure your address is correct at checkout; you'll receive a tracking number via email. Pick up your chicks at the post office – all orders are marked "HOLD AT POST OFFICE FOR PICK UP". Include your phone number at checkout for easier post office contact, but pickup remains your responsibility. Unclaimed chicks will not be replaced or refunded. Minimum order: 6 chicks; Maximum: 25. Orders exceeding 25 chicks require separate checkouts and shipping fees. Shipping (6-25 chicks) is $60 and occurs within your selected month (between the 1st and last day).

Local pickup is available in Trenton, TN only.
