Rouen (Day Old)

This listing is for 1 (one) Rouen Duck that is one day old.  Straight Run. 

There is a minimum of 6 ducks for shipping.  There are no minimums for local pick up. 

We are NPIP Certified, these chicks are from an AI Free Flock.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS.  It is your responsibility to check out with the correct address.  When your chicks ship, you will be emailed a tracking number.  It is your responsibility to pickup your chicks at the post office.  All chick orders will be marked "HOLD AT POST OFFICE FOR PICKUP".  If you checkout with a phone number, I will include that on the box, so the post office can call you.  But it is your responsibility to pick up your chicks.  If a loss occurs because you didn't pick up your ducks, they will not be replaced or refunded.Ducks are shipped in a duck shipping box.  These are shipped Priority Mail Express.  Ducks are shipped as day old and are shipped as pictured in the listing photos.  There is a minimum order of 6 ducks, I will toss in a couple of extra for extra body heat if available. Please note I do not ship with heat packs until.   If you need a heat pack added because you live in a colder climate in the spring, then add a note to your checkout. 

There is a live arrival guarantee with my ducks.  If any ducks do not make it, send me a picture of them in the shipping box the same day you received the ducks and I will process a refund for those ducks, please note extras will not be refunded.

Local pick up will be in Trenton TN only

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

When you receive your ducks, place them under a heat lamp, with a brooder temperature of 100 degrees.  Please note that shipped ducks need more heat than a heat plate or heat pad can give.  Supply with clean water and I recommend medicated chick starter.  I use coffee ground bedding when available at TSC or RK, otherwise pine shavings works fine as well. 

RETURN POLICY

There are no returns or cancellations.  By making this purchase you agree to the following.  We do offer a live guarantee, meaning that you will receive what you ordered alive.  If a loss occurs during shipment, please email us with pictures of the loss within 8 hours of receiving the ducks.  We will either replace or refund the loss.   Once a duck or hatching egg leaves our farm, that duck or hatching egg can never come back.  We do not accept any returns of any nature.
